Why will my laptop not recognize my power adapter when booting the computer?
When I turn my laptop on it says power adapter is not recognized which will result in poor performance. Does anyone know what this means?? The Power Supply is plugged into the wall and the little light is lit up.
I had this problem a while ago, and it turned out that there was something faulty in the cable that lead from the power adapter to the laptop. I had to get a new power adapter, but it wasn’t really expensive – around $30.00. If that is the case, the best bet is to check eBay.
